| Thoughts During Mid-afternoon Tea |
Then I opened my newly purchased book by Ann Voskamp, One Thousand Gifts.
Ann challenges me with her words, “It is one thing to choose to take the grace offered at the cross. But to choose to live as one filling with His grace? Choosing to fill with all that He freely gives and fully live-with glory and grace and God? I know it but I don’t want to: it is a choice.”
The process of being filled with ongoing grace for me, means stretching, squirming, and growing. But oh, the penetrating peace I feel in my heart and spirit when I make the right choice, brings serenity to my heart.
